Craig Ballantynes Turbulence training is all about training for maximum results in minimum time. Getting into the gym and performing a quick workout and then getting out again in no time at all.

Turbulence training is one of the top selling muscle building and fat loss programs on the net. And so I was really interested to see if it held up to it's reputation.

It sounds good, but does it hold true to its claims? While I think it's great for marketing (everyone wants it to be quick and easy) For example, Turbulence training is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat, but this isn't always possible for everyone, regardless of what people say. I think there are better methods for gaining muscle and losing fat.

Overall, I can't rate it as high as many of the other products because I just don't think it would work quite as well as others. However, if you're not a hardcore bodybuilder and are just interested in an interesting read, then this could be a book for you.

And even if you are, this could still be an interesting read. A worthy addition to your library, but there are lots of books that should be included first.

However, it's an interesting read and something a bit different, which is good when a lot of the products these days are so boring and similar to each other.
